Applications & Dialogue
The potential international franchisee submits a letter of interest together with a request. Discussion will occur in order to understand what are the expectations, and the country designated by the applying franchisee eager to open one or several EAD venue(s).
Business plan
Upon authorization of the application and the resolution to move forward, the applicant will submit a business plan to EAD. Prior to Business Plan completing and acceptance both parties will be meeting at EAD headquarter, in order to finalize business and financial terms.
Concluding the deal
Subsequently to the business plan presentation and financial terms agreement, EAD will produced a draft letter of intent. Consecutively to the signature of the letter of intent by both parties, the EAD team and the franchisee will initiate the planning of the EAD restaurant.

The first eastern European “Elvis American Diner” launch in Tbilisi received nation-wide exposure in all media channels and was attended by highly influential public figures and the mayor of the capital. The EAD restaurant located in the landmark national Philharmonic building of Tbilisi, capital of Georgia, has successfully positioned itself as a leading recreational location and is the preferred restaurant for many citizen. The restaurant is a prime entertainment location for local clientele, expatriates, tourists and is frequented by local celebrities.
The local customers generally "skipped" the sixties period and had little relative exposure to its effects. They view Elvis Presley® as a western musical icon and approach it with fascination. The cultural shifts in Eastern countries along with an increase in lifestyle and culinary alternatives results in larger share of family income being dedicated towards entertainment and dining.
