The EAD Restaurant Concept - Fast food combined with à la carte

We are offering much more than a simple fast food experience! Decor, artwork food and music swank to our venues a young and dynamic vibe. At ELVIS American Diner (EAD), our dining philosophy values outstanding culinary experience and excellent hospitality level. We are committed to serve premium hamburgers, deli sandwiches, New York Pizza, hand scooped ice-cream and other specialty menu items prepared with the best seasonal ingredients.

A qualified design enable EAD Restaurants to feature a built in show kitchen counter, where most of the grilled, stir fried or oven baked preparations are cooked a la minute in front of the customer. A unique combination of fast food and table service, offers to our clientele a unique dining experience enhanced by an eclectic tabletop made of chinaware, silverware and glassware utensils.

All food is grilled a-la-minute and the bread is baked in house.Pizzas, Calzones, Foccacias, made from premium ingredients and toppings. Pizzas freshly made and baked in the pizza oven facing the client.Italian specialties including freshly cooked pastas and a la carte sauces. Selection of mixed salads, seasonal greens and condiments.Carving corner featuring live rotisserie, smoked meats and sandwiches. The meats are sliced hot and juicy or served cold in tasty sandwiches.Genuine Thai dishes made, a la minute, from the sizzling wok. The food is prepared with Thai products and cooked by Thai chefs.

A large variety of sushi rolls, sashimi, cones, Nigiri and more. Serving is tailored according to customer’s order and prepared a-la-carte.

Ice cream counter featuring home ice cream served either by the scoop or composed in mouthwatering deserts.Delivery to corporate and private clients.

"ELVIS American Diner" intends to establish and operate different models and concepts of recreation and food establishments adapting to each location’s unique characterization and opportunity.
